Refund policy

Knights Meats prides itself in providing our customers with goods of the highest quality, however if you are not 100% happy with the goods you receive please call or email us to discuss the problem further.

We require notification of any problems with your order within an hour of receiving the goods as we are supplying you with perishable product. Should there be no one in our office to take your call, please send an email and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging and receipts for ease of identifying the product you received.

Credits will be applied back to the credit card which you paid with. Replacement product will be delivered to you at no extra charge.

Knights Meats will not be responsible for goods that have been mishandled or stored incorrectly after goods have been delivered.
