Standard catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and a deposit. Customised catering enquiries require at least seven days’ notice.

Our sandwiches and wraps are made with quality fillings and are available in popular and premium selections.
Boxes include a chef-selected combination of flavours unless otherwise arranged. The number of flavours available depends on the size of the box.

Ham and cheese: Locally cured ham with Swiss cheese and your choice of ham jam or beetroot relish.
Rare roast beef: Choose from rare roast beef, tomato relish or seeded mustard, Swiss cheese and rocket OR rare roast beef, horseradish cream or béarnaise sauce, beetroot relish and rocket
The BLT + C: Bacon, lettuce, tomato relish and cheese.
Chicken mayonnaise and lettuce: Steamed chicken breast with mayonnaise, herbs and lettuce.
Veggie almighty: Roasted butternut pumpkin, roasted capsicum, spinach, hummus and red onion. A vegan option is available.
Tabouli, tuna and hummus: Tuna with tabouli, grated carrot and hummus.
Sweet chilli chicken: Crumbed sweet chilli chicken tenders with lettuce, cheese, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce.
Classic salad: Fresh beetroot, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. A vegan option is available.
Premium sandwich and wrap flavours
Smoked salmon: Sliced smoked salmon with goat’s cheese, pickled onion and rocket.
Chicken Caesar: Grilled chicken, bacon, cos lettuce, parmesan and tangy Caesar dressing.

Recommended quantities
As a general guide, allow:
- Approximately 1½ rounds of sandwiches per person
- Or one mini wrap plus half a sandwich per person

Individual lunch boxes are ideal for conferences, training days, workplaces, sporting teams, volunteers and events where guests need a complete meal of their own.

Hot food delivery
For food quality and safe transportation, delivery quantities may be limited by the size of our insulated hot boxes. Medium boxes are generally best suited to hot delivery.

Cold food storage
Medium catering boxes generally fit inside a standard domestic refrigerator. Large catering boxes may not fit and should be served soon after collection or delivery unless suitable commercial refrigeration is available.
