A journey that kicks off along dusty roads with canola, where herds of angus and hereford cattle munch on fresh grass, hand-reared by Riverina families that have farmed this land for generations. We bring together these raw ingredients including premium Riverina beef, to undergo three days of handcrafting, curing and drying, a process that drives creative and complex flavours into the jerky so that it can deliver a mouthwatering sensation that really packs a punch.
