Spring Smoked Trout Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 packets snowy mountain smoked trout fillets
  • 60ml PSD Dressing
  • 1 orange peeled & segmented
  • 6 radish, sliced thinly
  • ½  fennel thinly sliced and pick fronds
  • 200g Rocket 

Method:

  1. Flake smoked trout into a bowl
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Toss gentle and serve into bowls
