Put down the Jatz, and step away from the cheese cubes!
- Make it colourful. People love to eat with their eyes and colourful foods like berries and fruits gives any platter a boost. Try using grapes, strawberries and cherries.
- Group by threes. Try balancing three different cheeses, three different crackers and three different berries for the ultimate symmetry! Swap out your kabana and twiggies for local sopressa, or gourmet pates and terrines.
- Shake it up a little. Mix up different styles of meats from Italian, English and Dutch. For a bit of extra punch, have something a little spicy such as Knight's Own Moroccan Spiced nuts balanced with fruit pastes or fig roulades!
