Slow cooked beef with bacon & mushrooms in a red wine and tomato sauce. Served with creamy mashed potato.

WEDNESDAY:

Chicken Green Curry (DF, GF)
Tender chicken and seasonal vegetables in an aromatic Thai green curry sauce, served with rice.

THURSDAY:  

Beef Brisket (GF, DF, NF)
Overnight slow cooked beef brisket in a smokey BBQ sauce. Served with duck fat crispy potatoes and corn salsa.

MONDAY-WEDNESDAY - $22.95/KG
