MONDAY:

Roast Vegetable Lasagne (V)
Pumpkin, sweet potato, capsicum, zucchini & eggplant, layered with a rich tomato sauce, ricotta & béchamel sauce. Topped with cheese and baked till golden.

TUESDAY:

Beef Massaman Curry (GF, DF)
Tender beef in a mild curry coconut sauce, with potatoes & peanuts. Served with rice and topped with coriander & fried shallots.

WEDNESDAY:

Honey Mustard Chicken with Rice (GF)
Succulent chicken breast in a creamy honey mustard sauce, with snow peas and served with steamed rice.

THURSDAY:  

Beef Brisket (GF, DF, NF)
Overnight slow cooked beef brisket in a smokey BBQ sauce. Served with duck fat crispy potatoes and corn salsa.

MONDAY-WEDNESDAY - $22.95/KG

Small - Approximately 1 serve
Medium - Approximately 2 small serves
Large - Approximately 2 large or 3 small serves
