This week's menu

MONDAY:

Roast Pumpkin, Capsicum & Pesto Penne (V)
Roast pumpkin, marinated capsicum and spinach tossed through penne & pesto cream sauce. Topped with parmesan.


TUESDAY:

Chipotle Chicken Mince (GF)
Smokey chipotle chicken mince served with Mexican style fried rice.


WEDNESDAY:

Satay Beef Stir Fry
Seasonal vegetables, tender beef strips and egg noodles tossed through a satay sauce.


THURSDAY:  

Slow Cooked Beef Brisket (GF)
Overnight slow cooked beef brisket in a smokey BBQ sauce. Served with duck fat crispy roasted potatoes and corn salsa.
