Meet the Maker - Jess McIntosh, Chef and Artist
Jess McIntosh is Knight’s resident Pastry Chef and the maker of some of Knights Riverina award winning products.
Pastry Chef Jess McIntosh is Wagga born and bred and a lover of all things sweet. After graduating from the William Angliss Institute in Melbourne, Jess has for the last three years honed her skills in the commercial kitchens of Knights.
Dedicated to her artistry, her efforts paid off with Knights Riverina taking out a gold medal with Toffee Apple and bronze with the Choc Dipped Oranges at the 2016 Royal Sydney Fine Foods Awards.
Both are carefully handcrafted by Jess in the Knights kitchen.
Jess enjoys making and decorating stunning cakes and believes the love of great food brings happiness and people together.
